BREWSTER – Brewster’s volleyball squad has had little trouble with the move back up to the 1A Caribou Trail League this season.
The two time 2B state trophy-winners have had their way with all but league-leading Cascade — losing to the Kodiaks in five sets — and swept visiting Tonasket on Tuesday, Sept. 25, 25-8, 25-13, 25-11.
“Although our record doesn’t show it, the girls continue to improve,” said Tonasket coach Jackie Gliddon.
The Tigers (2-5, 0-5 CTL) travel to Chelan on Thursday. Brewster improved to 8-2 (5-1 CTL).
Stats: Ahlia Young 9-10 serving, 2 aces, 1 kill; Carrisa Frazier 6-7 serving; Sadie Long 1 kill; Devan Utt 1 kill.
