District Court Alyarez J. N. Bejar, 21, Tonasket, pled guilty to two counts third degree DWLS/R, Possession of Marijuana less than 40 grams and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 90 days with 80 suspended, 90 days with 84 suspended, 90 days with 83 suspended and 90 days with 83 suspended. Robin A. Henderson, 24, Okanogan, pled guilty to Reckless Driving, and Hit-and-Run. She was sentenced to 180 days with 178 suspended and 180 days with 178 suspended. She was also fined a total of $1,378. Calvin L. True, 47, Omak, pled not guilty and was found guilty to fourth degree Assault DV. He was sentenced to 180 days with 176 suspended and fined a total of $518. Billy M. Santana, 19, Tonasket, pled guilty to Minor in Possession and Consumption of Alcohol. He was sentenced to 90 days with 88 suspended and fined a total of $543. Shannon L. Schweitzer, 26, Tonasket, pled not guilty and was found guilty of second degree Hunting Big Game out of season, second degree Unlawful Hunting of Big Game with no license or tag and first degree Unlawful Wastage of Wildlife. He was sentenced to 180 days with 179 suspended and 180 days with 179 suspended and 90 days with 90 suspended. He was also fined a total of $1,228. Superior Court Criminal The court found probable cause to charge Ashley Jane Farrar, Oroville, with third degree DWLS and Violation Uniform Controlled Substance Act. Bail was set at $15,000. A summons was issued for Luis Gallegos Villegas, Omak, to answer to the charges of Forgery and third degree Theft. Byron Lee Edwards, Omak, pled guilty to DUI, second degree DWLS/R and third degree Assault. He was sentenced to 365 days with 320 suspended for five years on count one, 180 days with 170 suspended for two years on count two and 14 months on count three. He was also fined a total of $1,070.50. Juvenile A 15 year-old juvenile from Omak pled guilty to Possession of Marijuana less than 40 grams. He was sentenced to six days confinement and three months community supervision. Decrees of Dissolution Douglas D. Barton, Tonasket, filed to dissolve his marriage with Cecilia B. Barton. The court dissolved the marriage of Steven Craig Peckham the petitioner from Omak and Rhonda Lynn Peckham the respondent from Tonasket, whose name shall be changed to Rhonda Lynn Tippins.
