• Madison Leigh Louie, 30, Omak, pleaded guilty Aug. 2 to POCS, making a false or misleading statement and use of drug paraphernalia. Louie was sentenced to six months in jail and fined $700 for the May 13 crimes.
• Pete Norman Martin, 52, Omak, pleaded guilty Aug. 2 to two counts of third-degree assault (of a law enforcement officer) and one count each of obstruction and resisting arrest. The court dismissed a second-degree assault charge. Martin was sentenced to three months in jail and fined $1,260.50 for the July 4 crimes.
• Larry Edward Hendrickson, 34, Omak, pleaded guilty Aug. 3 to POCS, use of drug paraphernalia and second-degree criminal trespassing. Hendrickson was sentenced to 16 days in jail and fined $1,510.50 for the July 18 crimes.
• Joseph B. Parnisi, 35, Omak, pleaded guilty Aug. 3 to POCS and third-degree theft. Parnisi was sentenced to 18 days in jail and fined $600 for the July 16 crimes.
• Sarah Marie Ohmer, 44, Oroville, pleaded guilty Aug. 3 to POCS and use of drug paraphernalia. Ohmer was sentenced to 15 days in jail and fined $600 for the July 7 crimes.
• The court found probable cause to chare Kane McKinsey Searcy, 33, Okanogan, with POCS (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia. In a second case, the court found probable cause to charge Searcy with possession of a stolen motor vehicle and third-degree DWLS. In a third case, the court found probable cause to charge McKinsey with first-degree robbery (DV) and second-degree possession of stolen property.
• The court found probable cause to charge Carolyn E. Swinford, 56, Okanogan, with second-degree theft.
• The court found probable cause to charge David Allen Stiles, 32, Oroville, with theft of mail.
• The court found probable cause to charge Stephanie Nacole James, 23, Tonasket, with theft of a firearm, two counts of possession of a stolen firearm, and one count each of second-degree theft, second-degree possession of stolen property and first-degree trafficking in stolen property.
• The court issued an arrest warrant for Michael John Stensgar Jr., 30, for second-degree theft and bail jumping.

Juvenile

• A 17-year-old Tonasket boy pleaded guilty Aug. 3 to fourth-degree assault and third-degree malicious mischief. The boy was sentenced to 10 days in detention with credit for 10 days served for the May 28 crimes.
• A 14-year-old Omak girl pleaded guilty Aug. 3 to third-degree theft. The girl was sentenced to two days in detention with credit for two days served for the June 12 crime.
• A 16-year-old Omak boy pleaded guilty Aug. 3 to attempted intimidation of a former witness and fourth-degree assault. The boy was sentenced to 37 days in detention with credit for 37 days served for the June 23 crimes.
• A 17-year-old Omak boy pleaded guilty Aug. 4 to minor in a public place exhibiting effects of liquor. The boy was sentenced to seven days in detention with credit for seven days served for the June 17 crimes.
