Criminal
- Juventino Simon Sandoval Lopez, 40, Omak, pleaded guilty June 29 to unlawful imprisonment (lesser included of second-degree kidnapping) and second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm. The court dismissed charges of harassment (threats to kill), reckless endangerment and second-degree assault. Sandoval Lopez was sentenced to 21 months in prison and fined $1,110.50 for the Sept. 5, 2014 crimes.
- Donovan Rae Nysti, 23, Okanogan, pleaded guilty June 28 to second-degree ID theft, second-degree possession of stolen property, fourth-degree assault and third-degree theft. Nysti was fined to a total of 364 days in jail with 274 days suspended, and fined $600 for the April 22 crimes.
- Michelle Lynn Carden, 28, pleaded guilty June 28 to POCS and introduction of contraband. Carden was sentenced to seven months in jail and fined $700 for the Jan. 21 crimes.
- Jonathan Dubuc-Leduc, 22, Montreal, pleaded guilty June 28 to POCS (LSD). Dubuc-Leduc was sentenced to 15 days in jail and fined $2,260.50. The crime occurred June 22 at the Oroville Port of Entry.
- J. Gagnon-Rouillard, 22, Canada, pleaded guilty June 28 to three counts of POCS (one each for LSD, ecstasy and methamphetamine). Rouillard was sentenced to 15 days in jail and fined $2,260.50. The crimes occurred June 22 at the Oroville Port of Entry.
- Lacey Ann Picard, 26, Omak, pleaded guilty June 24 to POCS and making a false or misleading statement. Picard was sentenced to 6+ months in jail and fined $600 for the Nov. 29, 2015 crimes.
- Jose Cervantes Ruiz, 42, Oroville, pleaded guilty June 24 to POCS. Cervantes Ruiz was sentenced to 15 days in jail and fined $2,260.50 for the May 24 crime.
- The court found probable cause to charge Elizabeth Ann Zierlein, 36, Oroville, with residential burglary and second-degree theft. The crimes allegedly occurred June 16.
- The court found probable cause to charge Mihaly Racz, 37, Oroville, with second-degree malicious mischief. The crime allegedly occurred June 29.
- The court found probable cause to charge Cory Lee Craig, 28, Oak, with first-degree burglary, second-degree theft and third-degree theft. The crimes allegedly occurred May 26.
- The court found probable cause to charge Jeremy Joh Wright, 40, Okanogan, with failure to register as a sex offender. The crime allegedly occurred April 1.
- The court found probable cause to charge Frederick David Batson Jr., 31, Riverside, with first-degree theft. The crime allegedly occurred May 16.
- The court found probable cause to charge Delia Ann Marie Cheer, 28, Omak, with three counts each of second-degree burglary and third-degree theft. The crimes allegedly occurred May 28, 30 and 31.
- The court found probable cause to charge Gage Nathaniel Beck, 17, Spokane, with first-degree burglary, second-degree assault (suffocation), third-degree theft, second-degree vehicle prowl, a second charge of third-degree theft, MIP/C and obstruction. The crimes allegedly occurred June 27.
