Criminal
- Mistia Alicia Clark, 28, Omak, pleaded guilty Oct. 20, 2015, to residential burglary (lesser included of first-degree burglary). Clark was sentenced April 19 to three months in jail and fined $1,260.50 for the July 22, 2015 crime.
- Fermin Sanchez Orozco, 24, Oroville, pleaded guilty March 8 to first-degree rape of a child. Sanchez Orozco was sentenced to 90 months (7.5 years) in prison and fined $600. The crime occurred between July 1-31, 2014.
- Cayden Lee Latimer, 19, Omak, pleaded guilty April 22 to POCS (methamphetamine), POCS (chloriazepoxide), and use of if drug paraphernalia. Latimer was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 75 days suspended with credit for 15 days served; and fined $1,700.50 for the March 24 crimes.
- The court found probable cause to charge Robert Ellis Allen, 32, Oroville, with POCS (tramadol) and third-degree DWLS. The crimes allegedly occurred March 2.
- The court found probable cause to charge Patricia Diane Levi, 52, Oroville, with second-degree theft. The crime allegedly occurred March 2.
- The court found probable cause to charge Aaron Lee Dick, 27, Oroville, with POCS (methamphetamine) and use of drug paraphernalia. The crimes allegedly occurred April 14.
- The court found probable cause to charge Joaquin Polito Vazquez, 19, Tonasket, with two counts of distribution of a controlled substance (cannabis) (to a minor), and one count each of distribution of a controlled substance (cannabis) and POCS (with intent) (cannabis). The crimes allegedly occurred April 10.
- The court found probable cause to charge Joshua Carl Jacobs, 30, Okanogan, with cyberstalking (threats to kill). The crime allegedly occurred April 8.
- The court found probable cause to charge Taressa Mae Marchand, 36, Omak, with possession of a stolen motor vehicle and third-degree theft. The crimes allegedly occurred April 11.
- The court found probable cause to charge Wayne Robert Evans, 65, Omak, with possession of a stolen motor vehicle. The crime allegedly occurred April 11.
- The court found probable cause to charge James Lee Fecht, 66, Oroville, with harassment (threats to kill). The crime allegedly occurred April 13.
- The court found probable cause to charge Isidro Valdez Avileo, 35, Omak, with first-degree rape of a child, third-degree rape of a child, first-degree incest (victim under the age of 18) and first-degree incest. The crimes allegedly occurred March 27 and April 9.
- The court found probable cause to charge Scott Anthony Smith, 42, Omak, with threats to bomb or injure property and interference with a health care facility. The crimes allegedly occurred April 14.
- The court issued April 13 an arrest warrant for Joshua Andrew Daniel Howell, 28, Omak, for two counts of delivery of a controlled substance (heroin). The crimes allegedly occurred Feb. 3 and Feb. 10.
District Court
- Meadow Skys, 31, Tonasket, guilty of third-degree theft. Skys was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 363 days suspended, and fined $283.
- Jonny Thomas Snell Jr., 41, Omak, had a fourth-degree assault charge dismissed. Snell was fined $200.
- Albert Wallace Steveson, 50, Omak, guilty of DUI and third-degree DWLS. Steveson was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 334 days suspended, and fined a total of $2,303.
- Benjamin S. Thomas, 32, Omak, guilty of fourth-degree assault. Thomas was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 363 days suspended, and fined $988.
- Marissa Tenay Thomas,42, Tonasket, had three charges dismissed: all for second-degree unlawful hunting of big game.
- Shelaina Diane Toulou, 30, Omak, guilty of third-degree DWLS. Toulopu received a 90-day suspended sentence and fined $863.
- Larry Gene Visger, 68, Oroville, guilty of fourth-degree assault, third-degree theft, theft of rental or leased property, two counts of unlawful issuance of a bank check and two counts of violation of a no-contact order. The court dismissed four additional charges: three for violation of a no-contact order and one for third-degree DWLS. Visger was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 362 days suspended, and fined a total of $3,501.48.
- Blake Adam Wagner, 21, Oroville, had a charge dismissed: possession of marijuana. Wagner was fined $400.
- Brittney Michelle Walls, 25, Omak, had a charge dismissed: no valid operator’s license without ID.
- Garry Arnold Will Jr., 49, Loomis, had an obstruction charge dismissed.
- Timothy Robert Williams, 21, Riverside, had two charges dismissed: fourth-degree assault and second-degree malicious mischief.
- Jessie J. Ytuarte, 34, Omak, guilty of third-degree DWLS. Ytuarte was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 88 days suspended, and fined $903.
