Criminal
- Denny Albert Dare, 53, Tonasket, was found guilty March 1 (jury trial) of residential burglary. Dare was sentenced March 23 to four months in jail and fined $1,110.50 for the Sept. 13, 2014 crime.
- Lyscomb Fred Brown III, 22, Okanogan, pleaded guilty March 22 to attempted theft of a motor vehicle, two counts of second-degree criminal trespassing and one count of third-degree malicious mischief. The court dismissed a second-degree burglary charge. Brown was sentenced to 36 months in prison (three years) and fined $600 for the July 11, 2015 crimes.
- Joshua Allen Howard Aggers, 21, Oroville, pleaded guilty March 22 to POCS (methamphetamine), use of drug paraphernalia and third-degree DWLS. Aggers was sentenced to four months in jail and fined $2,260.50 for the Feb. 19 crimes.
- The court found probable cause to charge Sarah Lynn Hall, 23, Omak, with second-degree TMVWOP. The crime allegedly occurred March 11.
- The court found probable cause to charge Dustin Hawk Chambers, 24, Omak, with failure to register as a sex offender. The crime allegedly occurred between Feb. 9 and March 15.
- The court found probable cause to charge Leroy Keith Houtz, 48, Omak, with three counts of attempted second-degree incest, two counts of second-degree child molestation and one count of third-degree attempted child molestation. The crimes allegedly occurred between May 7, 2013 and Nov. 6, 2015.
Juvenile
- A 17-year-old Omak boy pleaded guilty March 23 to minor in a public place exhibiting the effects of alcohol. The boy was sentenced to five days in detention for the Nov. 29, 2015 crime.
District Court
- Crecencio Perez Jr., 41, Oroville, had a fourth-degree assault charge dismissed.
- Guadalupe Ortiz Perez, 25, Omak, guilty of first-degree negligent driving. Perez was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 88 days suspended, and fined $653.
- Ethan Jay Pfitzer, 19, Omak, guilty of DUI. Pfitzer was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 362 days suspended, and fined $2,263.
- Corinna Shy Starr Plant, 21, Omak, guilty of third-degree theft, making a false or misleading statement and disorderly conduct. Plant was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 359 days suspended, and fined a total of $2,066.
- Lorraine Lucero Ramirez, 50, Okanogan, had a third-degree DWLS charge dismissed.
- Gilberto Ramos Castillo, 32, Okanogan, guilty of fourth-degree assault. Ramos Castillo had a third-degree malicious mischief charge dismissed. Ramos Castillo received a 364-day suspended sentence and fined $948.
- Stephon Troy Robinson, 19, Omak, guilty (other deferral revoked) of fourth-degree assault. Robinson was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 363 days suspended, and fined $988.
- Allyson Elizabeth Smith, 22, Tonasket, had a third-degree charge dismissed. Smith was fined $500.
- Timothy Lewis Smith, 50, Oroville, and a hit-and-run charge dismissed. Smith was fined $400.
- Moses Alexander Tracy, 47, Okanogan, guilty of third-degree DWLS. Tracy was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 84 days suspended, and fined $266.
- Tyson J. Williams, 25, Omak, had a third-degree DWLS charge dismissed.
- Brittany Leigh Wilson, 35, Tonasket, guilty of DUI, third-degree DWLS and operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock device. Wilson was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 304 days suspended, and fined a total of $3,407.
- Anne Joe Alva Yallup, 26, Omak, had a third-degree DWLS charge dismissed.
