Criminal
- The court found probable cause to charge Nathan Piturachsatit, 37, Coulee Dam, with three counts sexual exploitation of a minor, two counts possession of depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct, and one count of communication with a minor for immoral purposes. The crimes allegedly occurred between Nov. 1, 2015 and Jan. 8, 2016.
- The court found probable cause to charge Victor Dean Poland, 42, Okanogan, with two counts of second-degree rape (forcible compulsion). The crimes allegedly occurred Feb. 8.
- The court issued Feb. 10 a criminal summons for Tiffany Danielle Quirk-Berry, 35, Tonasket, for first-degree theft, three counts of ID theft, and one count of attempted second-degree theft. The crimes allegedly occurred between Jan. 1, 2011 and Jan. 3, 2014.
Juvenile
- A 17-year-old Okanogan girl pleaded guilty Feb. 10 to POCS (methamphetamine), third-degree malicious mischief and third-degree theft. The crimes occurred Sept. 8, 2015. In a second case, the same girl pleaded guilty Feb. 10 to MIP/C. That crime occurred Feb. 6. She was sentenced to a total of 18 days in detention with a credit for 18 days served.
- A 14-year-old Omak girl pleaded guilty Feb. 10 to fourth-degree assault (DV). The girl was sentenced to seven hours of community service (converted to one day in detention with credit for one day served); and 20 days in detention with credit for 13 days served. The crime occurred Jan. 27.
- A 15-year-old Omak boy pleaded guilty Feb. 10 to fourth-degree assault (DV), third-degree malicious mischief and obstruction. The crimes occurred Jan. 20. In a second case, the same boy pleaded guilty Feb. 10 to fourth-degree assault (DV) and fourth-degree assault. He was sentenced to a total of 14 hours of community service (converted to two days in detention with credit for two days served); and 26 days in detention with credit for 26 days served.
District Court
- Edgar Alonso Llamas Ramirez, 27, Omak, guilty of third-degree malicious mischief. Llamas Ramirez was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 363 days suspended, and fined $988.
- George Erling Mahoney, 22, Omak, guilty of DUI. Mahoney was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 362 days suspended, and $1,981.
- Raymundo Martinez Garcia, 49, Tonasket, had a charge dismissed: no valid operator’s license without ID.
- Gale Celeste McMillan, 48, Omak, had two charges dismissed: fourth-degree assault and first-degree criminal trespassing.
- William Dwaine McMillan, 58, Oroville, had a charge dismissed: hit-and-run (unattended vehicle). McMillian was fined $400.
- Jerry Ray Mears Jr., 27, Riverside, guilty on two counts of third-degree theft. Mears was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 354 days suspended, and fined a total of $1,406.
- Billie Jo Montelongo, 39, Omak, guilty of third-degree theft. Montelongo was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 359 days suspended, and fined $873.
- Marugenia Mary Mosqueda, 31, Okanogan, had two charges dismissed: DUI and third-degree DWLS. Mosqueda was fined $1,425.
- Charles Curtis Nelson, 35, Omak, had a third-degree DWLS charge dismissed.
- Lisa Marie Ness, 48, Omak, had a third-degree DWLS charge dismissed.
- Robert Joseph Lawrence Parisien, 21, Omak, guilty of third-degree malicious mischief. Parisien was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 359 days suspended, and fined $873.
- Gretchen Anne Pier, 25, Omak, had a third-degree DWLS charge dismissed.
- Jamaree Josefina Ponce, 22, Omak, guilty on three counts of third-degree theft. Ponce was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 354 days suspended, and fined a total of $1,189.
- Nichole Briane Martin Porras, 25, Omak, had an obstruction charge dismissed.
- Franklin John Raschka, 36, Oroville, guilty on two counts of third-degree DWLS. Raschka also had a charge dismissed: failure to transfer a title within 45 days. Raschka received a 90-days suspended sentence and was fined a total of $1,726.
- Edward William Seyler, 29, Omak, guilty on two counts of third-degree malicious mischief. Seyler was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 360 days suspended, and fined a total of $2,716.
- James Leroy Spencer, 56, Okanogan, had three charges dismissed: DUI, third-degree DWLS and operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock device.
