I’m writing this letter in response to Mr. Dixon’s letter. Mr. Dixon, can you truthfully say you’ve never had a drink then got in your car and driven? I don’t know too many of us who haven’t. Are you a closet drinker? Before you say that I don’t know you; you’re right. I don’t know you. You don’t know Wes either. Wes is a sweet, honest and hardworking young man. I couldn’t ask for a finer grandson.
If you profess to be a Christian, then you know your name-calling and comments are even more deplorable. You should be praying for his body, mind and soul. I pray that you and yours will never go through what Wes and his family is going through now.
Sincerely,
Wes’ Grandma
