William Henry Balmes, age 69, born June 4, 1938 in Oroville died March 24, 2008 in Spangle, WA.

He is survived by his wife Lois; a son, Brian (Lori) of Selah, Wash; a daughter, Julie (Kirk) Neeley of Louisville, Tenn.; eight grandchildren: Gregory, Courtney, Meranda, Krista, Heather, April, David and Amy; and a sister, Melanee Balmes of Cheney, Wash.

A memorial service was held on March 29, 2008 at the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Spangle, Wash.
