Shane Frear

Shane Frear, age 35, passed away June 20, 208 at his home in Tooele, Utah surrounded by his loving family and friends.

Shane was born on Dec. 3, 1972 in Murray, Utah. He graduated from Tonasket High School and also attended helicopter flight school. He was a member of the Marine Corps. Shane was a wildland fire fighter and was also a commercial fisherman in Alaska. He enjoyed traveling and interacting with different cultures. Shane traveled in Egypt and South America. He enjoyed boating, paragliding and scuba diving.

He is survived by his mother, Karren Poulsen; stepfather, Michael Poulsen; father, Frank Frear; brother, Shawn Fausett; sister, Shannan Balfour; children: Isaac Frear and Ashley Hall; and very special friend, Erin Tofte.

Shane will be in our hearts forever.
