Ruth Marie Curtis Boothman

Ruth Marie Curtis Boothman was born in Loomis, Wash on May 31, 1928., the youngest daughter of Herb and May Curtis. She passed away on July 24, 2011.

Ruth grew up in Loomis and graduated from Tonasket High School in 1946. She married Joseph Boothman on March 2, 1947 and moved to Portland, Ore., in 1958.

Preceded in death by her husband, Joseph; son, Robert Boothman; sister, Helene Lenner; and brother, Bob Curtis.

Ruth is survived by daughters Jody Kallis, Judy Collins and Vickie Holland; son, Richard Boothman; 12 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

The cornerstone of our family, she dedicated her life to the success of her children and grandchildren. She was loved and will be greatly missed. If one wishes, memorials and cards may be sent to the charity of one choice in care of Rick Boothman, 10631 Lake Drive S., Salem, OR 97306.
