Roger Paul Foucher passed away very unexpectedly on June 1, 2016. He was born June 5, 1953 to Gerard (Ted) and Juliette Foucher in Lowell, Massachusetts

He is survived by his spousal pitou Darton Overby (Shoreline, Wash.), his brother Norman Foucher (Lowell, Mass.) and sisters Janet Ramsdell (Salisbury, Mass.), Elaine (Arthur) Lagasse (Lowell, Mass.), Dianne (Patrick) Clancy (Twisp, Wash.), many cousins in the US and Canada, as well as many loving friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, and younger brother Kenneth.

A memorial service will be held 4 p.m. July 23 at Cromwell Amphitheater, 18030 Meridian Avenue North, Shoreline Wash.
