Paul “Tubes” Christensen died at his home in Oroville on Monday, May 19, 2008. He was born on December 18, 1953, in Tonasket to Oscar and Evelyn Christensen. He attended school at Oroville and worked various jobs, mainly in the Oroville area. He had a love and natural talent for fixing electronic and computer equipment. He started at a young age working with ham radios and continued to enjoy that throughout his life. Paul was a one of a kind personality and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
He is survived by his daughter Darby (Jason) Wolfe of Spokane, WA; a son, Ryan Christensen of Spokane, WA; sister, Merry Eddison of Battleground, WA; brothers: Jerry (Dorothy) Christensen of Addy, WA, Howard (Christina) Christensen of Oroville, WA, Bob (Sue) Christensen of Brigham, UT, and Ted (Susan) Christensen of Oroville, WA; a grandchild, Logan Wolfe; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Paul is preceded by his parents, Oscar and Evelyn; and one brother.
A graveside service will be held at the Loomis Mountain View Cemetery Saturday, May 31, 2008 at 3 p.m.
