Patsy R. Wisener, age 79 of Oroville, died on Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2008 at Central Washington Hospital in Wenatchee.
She was born on Feb. 2, 1929 in Etawah, Okla. to parents J.A. and Sula Roselius. On May 24, 1953 she married Dick Wisener in Republic. Patsy worked as a waitress and had many jobs but retired from Prince’s after 30 years. Patsy was a wonderful wife, mother and caregiver for many. She loved gardening, canning and taking care of her family. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church Alter Society and TOPPS.
Patsy is survived by her husband, Richard Wisener at home; a son: Ron (Susan) Wisener of Oroville; daughters: Patty (Ron) Harp of Sacramento, Calif. and Cathy (Chuck) Roan of Lake Tapps, Wash.; seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and one great great grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Patsy was preceded in death by her son, Dick Wisener; grandson, Scottie Roan; and sisters: Mary Shoemaker, Venita Thrasher, Christine Faulks and Gertrude McIntyre.
Mass was said on Monday, Aug. 11, 2008 at 10 a.m. at the Immaculate Conception Church in Oroville with Father George Morbeck, officiating. Interment followed at the Molson Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 315 W. Mission Ave. #9, Spokane, WA 99201.
