Inabel M. Fish, age 93, went to be with the Lord on July 17, 2008. She was born in Wauconda.
Inabel graduated from Oroville High School and attended nursing school in Wenatchee. She worked for Mt. Rainier Ordnance Depot in Tacoma, Boeing in Seattle, Nalley’s Foods, McCauley Farms in Puyallup, moved back to Oroville in 1960, worked at Stadelmans Warehouse as a stamper, lived in Molson for a number of years until moving to Puyallup in 1992 to stay with her daughter. She has been an active member of Mt. Rainier Vintage Chevrolet Club of America since 1992.
Inabel is survived by her children: Jeanette Gates-Templeman (Orville) of Puyallup, Lavina Field (Ernest) of Okanogan, Ellen Glenn (Leonard) of Ephrata, Blaine Fish (Donna) of Tri-Cities, Steve Fish (Louise) of Shoreline; 17 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and 12 great great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband Leonard James Fish and daughter, Betty Steele.
Graveside service will be held at Wauconda Cemetery on July 25 at 11 a.m. followed by a memorial service at the Oroville Assembly of God at 3 p.m.
