Born Sept. 24, 1924. A previous resident of the Oroville/Tonasket area for many years passed away peacefully Feb. 4, 2008 in Mount Vernon, Wash.

She is survived by her daughters, Anna Marie Applebee, of Oroville and Bonnie Schulz of Camano Island; sons, Dennis Rollins of Carmel, Bob Howe of Oroville, Kenneth Howe of Bothell. She has nine grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. She will be missed by all.

Preceding her in death are her brothers, Vic Roose and Vernon Shamburger; her son, Donnie Howe and her husband, Kenneth Howe.

She was laid to rest at theTahoma National Cemetery in Kent, Wash., next to her husband Kenneth Howe.
