Brett was born May 23, 1992, in Omak to Jerry and Shari Hendrick. The family moved to Oroville where Brett was home schooled and played sports for Tonasket High School. His love of tennis and hours of practice took him to the State Tournament several years in a row. Tennis gave him so much fun, plus extra special friends and coaches.
After high school Brett moved to Wenatchee where he worked at Dutch Bros. Coffee, a job he loved and one that brought him many more special friends. He loved hiking in the Wenatchee area and would always send home such beautiful pictures.
How do you sum up all he did and loved and his strong faith, in a short paragraph? His life was cut short, but he lived it well.
Brett is survived by his parents, brothers Jeff (Kim), Ross (Molly), Brian and a sister Laura (John) along with 12 nieces and nephews and his grandparents, Dick and Joan Austin.
Our family would like thank those at the accident scene, as well as Brett’s and our families many friends who have always supported Brett and expressed their thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
Brett was loved so much and we will miss him with all our hearts.
A Funeral Service for Brett will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, August 6, 2015 at the Precht-Harrison-Nearents Chapel on Elmway in Okanogan.
Precht-Harrison-Nearents Chapel is caring for the arrangements.
