OROVILLE – Dawn McLure wants to help people to get financing for their dreams – whether it is for the purchase of a home, land or commercial property.

McLure is an agent for Global Realty Marketing/Global Equity Lending and she offers assistance in real estate mortgage applications. She works with brokers located in Tacoma and says she is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week through her cell phone (509) 560-3306. She offers assistance with obtaining all types of loans, including FHA, VA and Reverse Mortgages.

“I work from home, but plan on eventually opening an office downtown,” said McLure. “Currently I am assembling a team of real estate and loan originator specialists.”

She moved here six years ago from the Lake Stevens area. McLure and her husband have four adult children, three granddaughters and another on the way. Before starting her new business McLure operated Helping Hands Janitorial and Landscaping in Oroville.

“I realized there is a need for one stop shopping in Oroville that is currently not available for offering both real estate and loan services,” she said, adding that her service will be able to realize a turnaround time for a loan as quickly as 24 hours in some cases.

“I’d like to offer a down to earth, honest approach to this business for people from all walks of life,” said McLure.
