TONASKET – The Tonasket Little League Wrestling Tournament was held last Saturday and was a huge success say organizers. The tournament included competitors from Kindergarten to sixth grade with kids from Tonasket, Oroville, Omak, Okanogan, Methow Valley, Brewster and Pateros.

Numerous volunteers helped make it a huge success with “Our Father’s Ranch” doing a wonderful job with concessions.

The following Tonasket wrestlers participated:

Kindergarten – Blake Richter, 2nd; Michael Green, 3rd and Kenyon Miller, 4th. Also wrestling were Tiler Morris, Brady Harvey, Jordan Anderson, Riland Bretz and Hunter Thomas.

First and Second Grade – Dawson Bretz, Jesse Ramon, Rycki Cruz and Amann Curral, 1st; Michael Gonzales and Riley Morris, 2nd; Caleb Hardesty, Chad Bretz and Dakota Wisdom, 3rd; Isreal Gonzales and Isaac Mills, 4th. Also wrestling, Gavin Frazier and Ethan Smith.

Third and Fourth Grade – Ruben Laurie and Zach Loftus, 1st and Lucas Scott, 2nd. Also wrestling, Tyler Allstot, Shaun Sadino, Austin Rimestad, Vance Frazier, Bailee Wilson, Jeremiah Albright and Elijah Antonelli.

Fifth and Sixth Grade – Clayton Fry, Collin Aitcheson and Trever Garcia, 1st; Logan Wahl and Caleb Clarkson, 2nd; Blaine Hirst and Tim Frazier, 4th. Also wreslting, Braxton Wilson, Marshall West, Devin Kingsbury and Conner Williams.
